Silence

Tick-tock goes the wall clock. Do you know what that is?

It's a countdown to 'that day'. The day when all will be left will be silence, the day when the dust becomes your abode.

The clock is merely a reminder that with each tick-tock, that day draws nearer.

People live all their lives with various convictions; being a sentient human you have to have at least some.

Live carefully, because in a world where everyone's talking, don't forget that even so, only God matters.

Regardless of what you think you 'know' or 'believe', none of it will matter on 'that day'.

What matters is who comes to greet you in the silence.
